Dosed automatically during the oven’s cleaning program, Combi-Clean has controlled foam levels and is effective for the removal of food deposits, grease, oils, and carbonized materials. It is a unique concentrated alkaline degreaser for use through the integral cleaning system on combination ovens.
Poorly maintained ovens with an abundance of baked-on grime can present a fire hazard and a variety of other health issues for people in their vicinity. Ovens that are coated with caked-on grease present health risks, and also impact the quality of the food being prepared in them. Commercial food service facilities should be especially concerned about food quality and health inspection compliance.
