Simple to operate and maintain, this upright dishmachine is designed to fit into practically any commercial dish room environment. The recirculating design reduces water consumption as much as 40% versus fill-and-dump machines.
High temperature dishmachines use very high heat to both wash and rinse the dishes. They are ideal for removing grease, heavy soils, and baked-on food deposits. This unit provides high temperature sanitizing, negating the need for the use of chemicals. It efficiently cleans up to 51 racks per hour, using 0.73 gallons of water per rack.
