How can I find tracking details for my order?
Once your order has been processed and completed, you will receive a Confirmation Email with your shipping information and a Tracking Number. If you do not find the email in your Inbox, please check your junk folder and un-mark and remove the email from the junk folder to receive important notifications from Swish in the future.
You will also have access to your shipping details and Tracking Number through your Swish Account. On your account page, you can view your order history by selecting My Orders on the left side menu.
Click on the View Order option on your completed order and then select Order Shipments for access to your Tracking Number.
Once you have your tracking number you can then visit the Purolator website for delivery status updates by entering your tracking number into the Track a Shipment field on the Purolator Homepage.
