SURFACE DENSIFIER TO PROVIDE EXTRA PROTECTION AND DURABILITY TO FLOORS

Designed to preserve floor quality, this lithium-silicate-based surface densifier provides additional protection, durability, and surface density to granite, natural stone, limestone, terrazzo, and concrete floors. This product reduces porosity and surface abrasion while increasing the resistance to staining, freeze/thaw scaling, mildew, fungi, and water intrusion. It provides the perfect follow-up for ES35 Restoration Cleaner.

Description

An effective floor care maintenance program can offer tremendous benefits to commercial businesses and a variety of public facilities. Well maintained floors have the advantage of lasting longer, being safer for employees and patrons, and reducing hefty labour costs for complete floor restoration. The award-winning Enviro-Solutions Concrete and Terrazzo program offers a simple to follow 3-step maintenance program to streamline floor care practices. The Nano Substrate Densifier is the 2nd step in the program, increasing the impermeability of porous surfaces to prevent deterioration and staining.

USES:

For maintaining and fortifying concrete and terrazzo flooring
Increases resistance to staining, freeze/thaw scaling, mildew, fungi and water intrusion
Dilute product 1:4 and apply evenly to floor with pump sprayer, use a mop to even out dispersal and let dry for 40 minutes; reapply if necessary
Eliminates the need for specialized labour and equipment
Ideally applied after ES35 Restoration Cleaner, and followed by ES37 Cleaner Maintainer Polisher
