For disposable nitrile gloves to reach Examination Glove status, they must undergo a series of tests and be approved by Health Canada as a medical device. These gloves meet the standards for puncture and abrasion resistance, tension and elongation requirements, and chemical substance resistance. They are also CFIA compliant for food handling, and latex and accelerator free to reduce the risk of allergic reaction and skin irritations.
